Special Announcement Regarding COVID-19
Dear valued customer,
In the wake of the most recent orders made by St. Louis County (effective 11/17/2020), we are wanting to update you on the many ways that we are able to meet your sales and service needs while also focusing on the health of our customers and employees:
- Facemasks are required for entry
- We have plastic shields setup at every desk where there is employee/customer interaction.
- Hand sanitizer stations are available throughout the dealership.
- Scheduling of services for your vehicle or for a sales appointment is strongly recommended.
- While walk-ins are still welcome at this time, we ask that you follow social distancing guidelines if you are waiting in our customer lounge.
- Vehicle drop off is strongly recommended to limit the number of people in our waiting areas.
- If drop off is not an option, we offer complimentary pickup and delivery for all service work**
- Over-the-phone payment is encouraged on all serviceable items.
- We have limited the capacity on our showroom to a maximum of ten customers at a time.
- Ask a member of our sales staff about arranging a virtual vehicle walk around and/or taking an off-site test drive - we will bring the car to you**
- Please take advantage of completing the entire vehicle purchase transaction on our website.
- We will deliver a purchased vehicle to your home, and evaluate your trade at home*
