Spacious and Safe

While the word "minivan" typically doesn't inspire thoughts of fun drives and quality interiors, Honda has proven that it's time to rethink what a minivan should be. The manufacturer has spent years developing the Odyssey into the versatile vehicle that it is today, and the minivan offers much more than the class standards.

The family-friendly essentials are all there: the spacious interior, variety of entertainment features, and cutting-edge safety systems. Honda packages the basics with sleek styling, a sprightly powertrain, and a budget-friendly price tag. The sloping curves make the exterior easy on the eyes, and the enhanced engine complements nimble handling for a delightful drive through city streets and open highways.

If this family-friendly minivan sounds right for you, we invite you to come see us at . We would love to show you all that the Odyssey can do, explain all its features and functions, and hand you the keys for a test drive.

What's New With The 2021 Odyssey?

For 2021, Honda has made a lengthy list of safety features standard on the Odyssey, from the base trim to the top level. These smart systems include pedestrian detection and automatic emergency braking among many others. The Odyssey also sports updated looks on the outside, now with a new grille design, fresh headlight housing, and more. In the high-end Elite trim, you'll also enjoy leather upholstery and contrast stitching.

History of the Honda Odyssey

In 1994, Honda introduced the Odyssey as a compact minivan in the Japanese European markets. Five years later, the manufacturer established a new automotive plant in Lincoln, Alabama, and the location allowed them to build larger models to meet the needs of American drivers. Honda updated the minivan year after year to keep up with changing market demands. The plant turned out models with improved performance, larger frames, and more high-tech safety features.

In 2011, Honda premiered the fourth generation, which excelled in the segment for seven years. In 2018, The Odyssey released with its latest and most advanced generation, sporting a new engine, improved interior, and a host of other upgrades. All of the improvements made along the way served not only to enhance the Odyssey itself, but also set class-wide standards for the modern minivan.
